Halloween treats. Chocolate ghost bark and Halloween honeycombe.

Baking is one of my favourite things to do during the Halloween season, especially creating fun, festive recipes and decorating them with flair. The Food Fiesta Team has been busy experimenting in the kitchen, and we’re excited to share our Top 5 Halloween Sweet Treats—family-friendly, cosy, and perfect for Halloween parties, gatherings, or trick-or-treat fun. We hope you enjoy baking and indulging in these spooky, delicious treats as much as we do!

Halloween dessert. A chocolate and marshmallow tart with BOO written on top in melted chocolate.

Chocolate and marshmallow Halloween tart with a chocolate spiders webb on top.

This spooky Halloween tart is simple to make and delicious... With decadent layers of enchanting chocolate and silky marshmallow, this is one recipe sure to impress your guests at your next Halloween party. My favorite thing about this tart is that the delicious marshmallow layer acts as a canvas for you to decorate however you desire. Get creative and try and make some spider webs, or opt for something simple like BOO! The possibilities are endless... We often like to decorate it with our cute marshmallow oreo bats, which actually brings us to the next recipe on this list:

Marshmallow Halloween oreo chocolate bats. Fun Halloween treat.

I love these delicious little chocolate bats, they're fun, they're great at parties and also quite addicting... They can be used as cake decoration too, or also for cupcakes, or anything really. They're also good just to have on their own. These little bats are super easy to make up and can be done in advance too, just leave them in the fridge where the chocolate will firm up. We use oreos for the wings, but you could use another type of biscuit, preferably a black one though. Overall we love these marshmallow bats and highly recommend you make them on your next Halloween party.

Chocolate Halloween ghost bark.

Chocolate barks are great for Halloween time. They're highly customisable, tasty and so so easy to make. We often like to decorate ours with white chocolate ghosts and little orange and green chocolates. We also use raisins for the eyes and mouth, but you could swap them out for something else if you'd prefer, but trust us, the raisins go great with all the chocolate! This chocolate bark can also be made up several days in advance too as it keeps perfectly fine in the fridge for that time. We also love pairing the bark with honeycomb, which brings us to the next recipe on our list:

Halloween Honeycomb topped with popcorn and mini chocolate candy. Perfect movie night snack.

Honeycomb is one of my favorite things to eat during October time. It's perfect for Halloween parties or to snack on during scary films... We like decorating ours with chocolate, popcorn and salted pretzels. Honeycomb can also be used as decoration for cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, cupcakes, ice cream and more. It's not the easiest thing in the world to make, but if you have all your equipment and ingredients prepped and can work fast, it will be no problem. We hope you have fun making this honeycomb and enjoy it!

Halloween chocolate tray-bake cake topped with fake blood and vampire teeth.

Now I'm not going to lie, this was one of the nicest cakes I've ever had! It's super moist and tasty and the decorations are equally as delicious... This traybake cake is simple, looks good and uses fuss-free ingredients too! We usually make it for Halloween parties and such, but it's good for anything during October to be honest. And with that we come to a wrap with our list.. We hope you'll enjoy recreating these recipes and make sure to tag us in your Instagram pictures, we'll love seeing what you've made.
