Recipe For Chickpea Ricotta Sandwich Spread
4oog Canned Chickpeas - drained
100g Soft Ricotta Cheese
3x Garlic Cloves - peeled
Juice of 1 small lemon
1/4 cup of diced Fresh Chives
3x tbsp of Good Quality Olive Oil
Large pinch of Sea Salt
Large pinch of Cracked Black Pepper
Tbsp of Honey
Tbsp of Sriracha
How To Make It
Excluding the honey and sriracha, put everything into a food processor and pulse. Once pulsed blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving dish and then top with a drizzle of honey and sriracha.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
