Recipe For Chickpea Ricotta Sandwich Spread


  • 4oog Canned Chickpeas - drained

  • 100g Soft Ricotta Cheese

  • 3x Garlic Cloves - peeled

  • Juice of 1 small lemon

  • 1/4 cup of diced Fresh Chives

  • 3x tbsp of Good Quality Olive Oil

  • Large pinch of Sea Salt

  • Large pinch of Cracked Black Pepper

  • Tbsp of Honey

  • Tbsp of Sriracha


How To Make It


Excluding the honey and sriracha, put everything into a food processor and pulse. Once pulsed blend until smooth and creamy.


Transfer to a serving dish and then top with a drizzle of honey and sriracha.


Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
