3 & 1/4 cup of Plain Flour

2x cups of Muscovado Sugar

1/2 cup of Olive Oil

2x cups of Water

2x tsp of Baking Soda

2x tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

2x tsp of Vanilla Extract

1x tsp of Salt


Syrup


1 & 1/2 tbsp of Instant Coffee dissolved in 1 cup of Water

* Optional 3x tbsp of Amarula, Rum or Coffee Liqueur


Icing


380g Soft Ricotta Cheese

300g Thick Cream

1/2 cup of Honey

1x tbsp of your chosen Liqueur *Optional
